Hudson Music Studio provides private and group music lessons and music therapy services. We operate in-studio in Lutz and Land O’ Lakes, in-home across the Tampa Bay area, and online in Florida.

5. Payments and scholarships

Credit card data is processed by third-party payment processor Square. If you use Step Up For Students, we use your scholarship information to submit eligible charges to that program.

6. Music therapy information

If you receive music therapy, we may collect limited health information you choose to share so that our board-certified music therapists can set goals and track progress. We store this information securely and use it only for therapeutic services, operations, and required reporting.

7. Children’s privacy

We serve children and collect child information from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the studio, such as payment processors, scheduling tools, communications tools, website hosting, and analytics

  • Scholarship programs such as Step Up For Students to process eligible billing

  • Event hosts or venues when needed for recitals or sign-in lists

All data processing decisions are made by Hudson Music Studio and its selected service providers.
