Weekly lesson lengths: 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Group offerings are available for select instruments when noted.
4. Tuition and Billing
Tuition is a flat monthly rate based on weekly lessons.
Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month to the credit card on file unless otherwise noted.
Credit cards are the only accepted payment method for standard tuition.
Accounts must remain in good standing to keep a reserved lesson time. Past due balances may result in suspension of lessons until payment is received.
5. Step Up For Students (SUFS)
For eligible students, monthly lessons may be billed directly to the scholarship per current program rules.
Families are responsible for any amounts not covered by SUFS, including denied or exhausted funds.
You agree to provide accurate scholarship information and to notify us of changes promptly.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Makeups
Your weekly day and time are reserved for you.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please follow our current studio policy provided at enrollment.
Makeups are offered per policy and cannot be guaranteed outside of those terms.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of your reserved time.

To end lessons, a written 30-day notice is required.
Tuition and billing continue through the notice period.
Any open balances must be paid before the end date.
8. Books, Materials, and Instruments
