Music Therapy is the clinical, evidence-based use of music to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship. Goals may include easing anxiety, improving communication and social skills, strengthening motor skills, supporting memory, or navigating life changes - all through engaging, music-centered activities.
Monthly Rates:
25 min/wk | $200/mo
50 min/wk | $400/mo
Group or individual weekly sessions available. Sessions run year-round.

Sessions are personalized and may include singing, instrument play, movement, songwriting, improvisation, or guided listening. No prior musical experience required. We create a safe, welcoming environment and collaborate on clear goals you can see progress toward.
